Terms of Service — Steadfast Solutions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services provided by Steadfast Solutions, LLC ("Steadfast," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Steadfast Brief newsletter, Financial Snapshots, Market & Regulatory Reports, the steadfastsolutions.com website, and any related content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Educational and informational purpose only

The Services are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this website or in any deliverable constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. No content is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other investment. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor, attorney, and tax professional before acting on any information you encounter through the Services.

2. No advisory relationship

Using the Services, subscribing to the Brief, or ordering a Snapshot or Report does not, by itself, create an investment-advisory, fiduciary, broker-dealer, or other professional relationship between you and Steadfast. Any such relationship requires a separately executed written engagement letter.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.

4. Subscriptions and payment

The Steadfast Brief is offered as a free tier and a paid tier. The current paid tier price is $45/month, billed in advance through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except as required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Published prices for Snapshots (free / $25 / $100 one-time) and Reports ($150–$550, single or project) are baseline starting points. Final pricing for subjective or custom work is quoted in writing before any engagement begins.

5. Intellectual property

All content published through the Services is owned by Steadfast or licensed to Steadfast and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, resell, or excerpt our content without our prior written consent.

6. Forward-looking statements and hypothetical performance

The target return ranges shown for the Steadfast Growth, Stable Growth, and Defensive model funds (12–20%, 8–14%, and 5–10% respectively) are hypothetical illustrations, not guarantees, projections, or forecasts. Actual returns will vary and may be materially lower, including loss of principal.

7. Third-party links and information

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, data, or research. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party material.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STEADFAST, ITS MEMBER, OR ITS AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT VALUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO STEADFAST IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steadfast and its Member, agents, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting, except where a shorter period is required by law. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
